In good 'ol 2006 BRIGHTBLACK MORNING LIGHT released this self titled album after many years of living outside, away from any lightbulbs, walls & malls. This experimental lifestyle was in opposition to what we have all been told
is the normal modern design to accept, in an effort to live closer to the life giving elements.
The dedicated friendship of Shineywater & Hughes began with a focus to simply make music calling on the roots of their rural Alabama upbringing, & was acknowledged in 2006 by the release of this album which includes prismatic rainbow glasses.  
These paper glasses made by the request of Shineywater, encourage magic where they may have been none before....
The cover artwork for the Lp is by N. Shineywater, with input of Mariee Sioux & California artist Tmoss.
This debut Lp is a gathering of some of the talented friends they had met while on tour in the USA &
playing their own style of musical shows around the USA & in Northern California:
